When choosing an inspector, look for one with a certification from the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).  NACHI has stringent ANNUAL requirements that must be met in order for an inspector to qualify as a NACHI Home Inspector.

The home inspector works for you the client, not the realtor or the homeowner.  We are looking to find major deficiencies in the home and to identify areas that require immediate repair and maintenance or simply need upgrading.  Additionally, you can use the comprehensive written report as your “To Do” list.

For those of you purchasing a home, let us come in, inspect your potential new home and present you with a comprehensive written, oral and visual report on the home’s condition as well as any repairs or upgrades that need to be done,.  We will highlight the marginal and “really bad stuff”.  We also provide you with digital photos to validate our findings.
